La Campinoise de 30 ans, 12e mondiale et 2e tête de série du tournoi, a été dominée par la Britannique Jasmine Hutton (PSA 14/N.3) en trois manches 11-8, 11-7, 13-11 après 42 minutes de jeu.


Nele Gilis, double championne d'Europe (2022, 2023), ancienne N.4 mondiale, disputait sa 25e finale sur le circuit professionnel depuis 2016. Elle compte toujours 12 titres. Elle avait perdu sa précédente finale à l'Open de Nouvelle-Zélande (Silver) face à sa sœur cadette Tinne, le 8 mars dernier.
