L'Anversois de 29 ans a réussi huit birdies contre deux bogeys et un triple bogey, de quoi signer une carte de 69, trois sous le par. Van Doren pointe à 4 coups du Français Louis Bonte, seul leader. Le Polonais Alejandro Pedryc est 2e à un coup.


Kristof Ulenaers a bouclé son tour en 71 coups (fort d'un eagle, quatre birdies, trois bogeys et un double bogey). Il partage la 21e place notamment avec Arnaud Galand, auteur de six birdies, trois bogeys et un double bogey.


Nathan Cossement est 46e avec un score de 73, Ryan Lundh 68e en raison de son résultat initial de 75 coups.
