Ek sportklimmen - Héloïse Doumont verovert zilver in lead

Het is de eerste EK-medaille voor een Belgische sportklimster sinds het zilver van Chloé Caulier in het boulderen in 2020. In de lead kroonden Muriel Sarkany (1998) en Anak Verhoeven (2017) zich tot Europees kampioen. Kim Anthoni pakte in 1996 brons in de speed. Bij de mannen werd Hannes Van Duysen in juli Europees vicekampioen boulderen.
